Screener and time-series fixes

Fixed filter counter for screener, repeated filters with different conditions only counted once, e.g. "marketCap>1000000&marketCap<5000000" now counts as 1 filter not 2.

Added "decimal" option to "change" data type to return change as a decimal rather than percentage.

Fixed bug impacting daily time-series update speeds.

Upped TTM Ratios batching limit to 500 for business plans.
