Brokerage reconnect alerts
SheetsFinance emails you when a connected brokerage account stops syncing and needs to be reconnected. Alerts are on by default, and you can change the preference in account settings or on the unsubscribe page.
What the email means
The email arrives when one of your brokerage connections changes from active to disabled, which means the broker needs fresh authentication and your SF_BROKERAGE() formulas will not update until you reconnect. It arrives about 10 minutes after the connection is disabled, and you get at most one email per connection per day. The email names your broker and lists the affected accounts with their nicknames and account numbers.
Reconnect from the email
Click the Reconnect link in the email to open the Account Dashboard Brokerage tab, then sign in to your broker again to restore the connection. Your account nicknames and formulas stay the same after reconnecting.
The full reconnect steps are in Connect your brokerage account, and Brokerage account states explains what each status means.
Turn alerts on or off
The "Brokerage connection alerts" preference controls these emails. It is on unless you switch it off.
Open your account settings on the SheetsFinance website, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Tick or untick "Brokerage connection alerts".
