Review and refresh brokerage accounts
In the Brokerage tab of the SheetsFinance sidebar, you can refresh account details, see when each account last synced, search your accounts, and filter for accounts that need attention.
Refresh account details
Refresh when you want the latest account details from your broker without waiting for the next sync.
Open the SheetsFinance sidebar and go to the Brokerage tab (in Google Sheets:
Extensions > SheetsFinance > Brokerage).Click the refresh icon next to Connected Accounts.
When the refresh succeeds you see "Accounts refreshed". If your broker could not be reached, you see a warning that you are looking at the last saved details, so try again shortly.
See when an account last synced
Each account in the Connected Accounts list shows when it last synced, such as "Synced 5h ago". An account that has not synced yet shows "Not synced yet", and a sync 48 hours or older is highlighted as stale. Hover over the sync label to see the exact date and time.
Search and filter your accounts
With more than six connected accounts, a search box and filters appear above the list.
Search by nickname, broker, or account number in the "Search nickname, broker or number" box.
Tick "Needs attention" to show only disabled accounts. This filter appears only when at least one account needs attention.
Disabled accounts always sort to the top of the list. The list shows 25 accounts at a time, and "Show more" loads the next 25.
Edit a nickname
Click the edit icon on an account row to rename the account without leaving the list, or follow Set brokerage account nicknames.
Reconnect a disabled account
An account that needs fresh authentication shows a Reconnect badge. Click it to open the account dashboard and sign in to your broker again. The full steps are in Connect your brokerage account, and Brokerage account states explains what each status means.
